Terms of Service

The agreement between you and NongNorn when you shop here. Ordering means you’re happy with it. Our privacy policy covers what happens to your details.

• Your order is confirmed once we’ve checked the payment and emailed you an order number. That email is the deal.
• Order numbers look like NN-XXXXXXXX. Keep yours — it tracks the parcel and finds your order when you ask us anything.
• No account needed.
• Now and then we may have to say no — the last one sold while you were checking out, we can’t ship to the address, or a price showed up wrong. We’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Everything is in baht. The total you see before you confirm is what you pay — items, delivery, any fee. Prices can change, but never on an order you’ve already placed.

• Transfer: send the amount and upload your slip. A person checks it, so it isn’t instant — usually the same working day.
• Card: entered on the page, handled by Stripe. Cards from outside Thailand carry a small fee, shown to you before anything is charged.
• Gift cards and discount codes come off at checkout. They can’t be swapped for cash.

We can’t issue a full tax invoice yet. Your confirmation email is the receipt.

• The fee depends on where it’s going and shows at checkout — free once your order passes the amount displayed there.
• A courier carries it. Their delivery times are estimates; holidays and weather move them.
• Please give an address someone can receive at. If a parcel comes back because nobody could take it, we’ll resend once postage is covered.
• If the box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and tell us that day.

Some beds are sewn after you order. Those show a pre-order button with the wait — around 10–15 days — before you buy. You pay up front and we start work. If it’s going to take longer than we said, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tell us quickly and it’s easy. Until an order is packed we can change the address, swap a size, or cancel and refund in full. Once it’s with the courier it’s on its way and can’t be called back.

There’s no online returns system here — just message us with your order number and a photo and we’ll sort it with you. Wrong item, a fault, or damage in transit is ours to fix: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you, postage included. Handmade beds vary a little — the weave, the grain of a fabric, a millimetre here or there. That’s the craft, not a fault.

• Write about the bed and how it went. Anything unlawful, abusive, or somebody else’s personal details comes down.
• Only photos you took yourself.
• Publishing one lets us show it on the site and in our posts, with the name you signed. Ask and we’ll remove it.

Our beds are for pets to sleep on at home, with someone around. Not toys, not chew items.

• Follow the washing and care notes that come with it.
• Look it over now and then, and stop using it if it’s torn open or losing filling.
• Pick the size from the guide — too small is never comfortable, however good the bed.
• A pet that swallows fabric or stuffing needs a vet, quickly.

The photos, words, designs and the shop’s name belong to us. Share a link, show a friend — please do. Copying them for another shop, no.

A bed that’s faulty, wrong or damaged in transit, we put right. What we can’t carry is loss beyond that — a courier running late, a pet that snubs its new bed, the site being down for a while. Either way, our responsibility stops at what you paid for that order. None of this touches your rights under Thai consumer law, which no term here can remove.

Thai law applies and Thai courts decide. Talk to us first though — nearly everything ends with one message.

The date at the top changes too. What applies to your order is whatever was published the day you ordered.
