What we know about you, why, and what you can tell us to do about it.
Last updated 6 August 2026
The short version
- We keep what an order needs — name, address, phone, email, and what you bought.
- We never sell it, and statistics only run if you press “Accept all”.
- Ask to see it, fix it or delete it any time — we’ll sort it within 30 days.
01Who looks after your details
NongNorn does — we are the ones who decide what happens to anything you give us. (The law calls that being the “data controller”, under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.) Want to use any of the rights below? Just message us. Details at the bottom.
02What we keep
Your order
Name, phone, address, email, and what you bought.
Your pet
Their name, breed or size — if you tell us, so we can help with the fit.
Transfer slips
To match your payment to your order.
Card payments
Stripe handles these. Your card number never reaches us — we see the last digits and whether it went through.
Chat
What you write, and any picture you send, so we can answer and look back at it.
Reviews
The review, the rating, the photos, and the name you signed with.
Cookies
A little about your visit — only if you accept. See section 4.
Stays in your browser
Your cart and wishlist never reach us until you place an order.
No sign-up
There is no account here, so we hold no password of yours.
Children
This shop is for grown-ups. If a child’s details reach us, tell us and we’ll delete them.
03Why we keep it
- To get your parcel to you, take payment, and answer questions about the order.
- Because tax and accounting law says sales records must be kept.
- Because you said yes — site statistics, and a review you chose to publish. You can say no again whenever you like.
- To keep the site safe and to know which beds sell.
We don’t sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
06How long
- Orders and payment records — five years, which is what tax law asks of us.
- Chat and enquiries — while they’re useful for answering you.
- Reviews — until you ask us to take yours down.
- Statistics — as totals, with nobody’s name on them.
After that we delete it, or take your name off it.
07What you can ask for
- a copy of what we hold about you
- a correction, if something is wrong
- deletion, where we’re not obliged to keep it
- that we stop using it
- it sent to you, or somewhere else, in a usable form
- your consent back — for cookies, the button in section 4 does it
Message us and we’ll sort it within 30 days, free. If we handle it badly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
08How we look after it
- the site runs on an encrypted connection
- the back office opens only for our own staff, after signing in
- no card numbers are stored on our side
- everything is backed up, so a slip doesn’t become a loss
Nothing is perfect. If your data is ever really at risk, we’ll tell you and the authorities, as the law requires.
09If we change this page
The date at the top changes with it — and a change never takes away a right you already had.
Ask us about your data
Or the contact page — same people either way.
