How to use the site
New here? This is everything you need — from finding the right bed to paying, tracking and returns. It only takes a few taps.
Step by step

Find a product
Open Shop and browse. Filter by pet, category, fabric, colour or size — or use search — to narrow things down fast.

Pick your options
On a product page choose the fabric, colour and size. Use the size finder or the size chart to get the right fit for your pet, then tap Add to cart. The photo and price update as you switch options.

Pre-order if it’s out of stock
Made-to-order or temporarily sold-out items show a “Pre-order” button with the estimated wait. It checks out exactly like a normal order — you just wait a little longer.

Review your cart
Open the cart to change quantities or remove items. Here you can also add a discount code, redeem loyalty points, or use a gift card — the total updates instantly.

Enter your delivery address
At checkout fill in your name, phone and address (Thailand or international). Shipping is calculated for you, and it’s free once your order passes the amount shown.

Choose how to pay
Bank transfer / PromptPay QR (upload your slip), card right on the page, or cash on delivery where available. You always see the final total before you confirm.

Confirm — you’ll get an order number
After paying you get an order number (NN-XXXXXXXX) and a confirmation email with your items and a tracking link. No account is required to order.

Track your parcel
Enter your order number on the Track page anytime — no login — to see the status from packing to delivered.

Leave a review
Once your pet has settled in, share a photo and review from the product page. It helps other pet parents choose the right bed.

Ways to pay
Bank transfer / PromptPay: scan the QR or transfer, then upload your slip — we verify it and confirm your order. Card: entered securely on the page (foreign cards see a small fee and the new total before anything is charged). Cash on delivery is offered in some areas.
Delivery & shipping fees
Shipping is worked out automatically from your address — Thailand or international — and is free over the amount shown at checkout. Once your parcel ships you get a tracking number to follow it to your door.
Order statuses
Pending = waiting for payment to be confirmed · Paid = we have your money · Packing = being prepared · Shipped = on the way (tracking added) · Delivered = arrived. You can see these on the Track page.
Returns & warranty
Something not right? See our return & refund policy for how and when to return an item. Keep your order number handy — that is all you need.
Points & gift cards
Earn loyalty points as you shop and redeem them in the cart. Gift cards work like store credit — enter the code at checkout and the balance comes off your total.
Account & privacy
You do not need an account to buy or track an order. If you sign in you can save your pet profile and see your history. Payments are processed securely and your details are kept private.
