On a product page choose the fabric, colour and size. Use the size finder or the size chart to get the right fit for your pet.

Made-to-order or temporarily sold-out items show a “Pre-order” button with the estimated wait. It checks out exactly like a normal order.

Open the cart to change quantities or remove items. Here you can also add a discount code or apply a gift card.

At checkout fill in your name, phone and address. Shipping is worked out for you — free shipping nationwide.

bank transfer (upload your slip and we confirm it) · credit/debit card, entered securely on the page. You always see the final total before you confirm.

After paying you get an order number (NN-XXXXXXXX) and a confirmation email with your items and a tracking link. No sign-up needed.

Enter your order number on the Track page anytime — no login — to see the status from packing to delivered.

Once your pet has settled in, share a photo and review from the product page. It helps other pet parents choose the right bed.

Shipping is worked out automatically from your address. Free shipping nationwide. Once your parcel ships you get a tracking number to follow it to your door.

You can see these on the Track page, and we email you whenever the status changes.

Gift cards work like store credit — enter the code at checkout and the balance comes off your total.
